Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a LockCRM account or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LockCRM.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at security@lockcrm.io.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use LockCRM to facilitate unauthorized access to property or vehicles, store or transmit unlawful content, reverse-engineer or resell the platform, or attempt to disrupt LockCRM's infrastructure.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. LockCRM reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Trial Period

New accounts receive 14 days of Trial Pro access at no charge. No credit card is required. At trial end, accounts downgrade to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

6. Data

You own your data. LockCRM processes it to provide the service. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

LockCRM is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LockCRM's liability is limited to the fees paid in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
