1. What We Collect

When you create a LockCRM account we collect: your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining LockCRM
  • Processing payments via Stripe (we never store card numbers)
  • Sending transactional emails (invoice copies, password resets)
  • Improving and personalizing the platform
  • Complying with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies ensure tenants can only access their own data.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Vercel — hosting and CDN

5. Cookies

LockCRM uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@lockcrm.io.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
